📢📱 We've updated our Social Media Best Practice Area to include more information about marketing, including a new training course.


We are often asked about emailing information to parents or prospective parents and how to be compliant with data protection law.  The Social Media and Marketing short course is an 8 minute video about data protection law and guidelines about keeping data safe when using social media and marketing in your organisation.  There is then a short set of questions, and a certificate at the end.

Users can access the course from the 'My Activities' menu -> 'My Course'

or admin users can assign the course to staff 👉 Assigning courses to staff using to-do's


We would recommend this course to anyone that takes and publishes photos anywhere public, posts on social media for your organisation or sends marketing emails or texts.
