Shareable Snippet: Be Cyber Ready

These shareable snippets are designed to help staff think about data and cyber security in preparation for the holidays, here's our short checklist for confidential waste:

🛡️Ensure you have an accessible Cyber Incident Response Plan that is up to date.

🛡️ Ensure you have full backups of all critical data, with at least one copy off site.

🛡️ Confirm devices and servers are all patched and up to date.

🛡️ Review remote access control - is this really needed for the holiday period?  It can be a vulnerability and is one of the main ways for threat actors to enter your network.

🛡️ Verify that anti-malware is up to date.

🛡️ Have clear communication with staff about holiday phishing scams and remote working policies.

🛡️ If you have a server room is it locked?
