As we approach the final week of term, we are aware that we have a significant number of redaction projects currently in progress.

Our team is working hard to ensure that as many matters as possible are completed and returned before the end of term. However, we would like to remind customers that redaction is a manual process requiring careful review and attention to detail. It cannot be rushed without risking accuracy.

The recent high temperatures have also made it increasingly challenging for staff to continue working extended hours. While everyone remains committed to delivering the highest possible level of service, we are mindful of the wellbeing of our team.

Please be assured that every member of staff is doing everything they can to meet existing deadlines. However, where it becomes clear that a deadline cannot reasonably be achieved, we may need to contact requestors to discuss revised timescales.
